Ray Culotta was a three-year letterman in both baseball and football for the Tigers. On the diamond, he was selected All-District in 1963 and 1964.  He was also named the All-Prep MVP in 1963 and team captain in 1964.  In addition, he earned All-Legion honors in 1962, 1963, and 1964, as well as All-Catholic honors in 1963 and 1964.  Culotta was the quarterback on the 1963 State Championship football team.  Following his time at Holy Cross, he was a four-year baseball letterman at Loyola University. He went on to coach football and baseball from 1969-1977 at Newman, De La Salle and Holy Cross.
