DENHAM SPRINGS - The Holy Cross powerlifting team competed in the Joey Chustz Invitational on Saturday, January 22, at Denham Springs High School. Charlie Jonau led the Tigers claiming gold in the 242-pound weight class with a total of 1430lbs.
Captain Zack Pisciotta joined Jonau on the podium earning the bronze with a total of 1360.
Junior Kevin Poret finished fourth in the super heavy weight division with a total of 1335, while sophomore Vincent Guidry also took fourth at 275-pounds with a total of 1315.
