HEAD FOOTBALL COACH/ASSISTANT OFFENSIVE LINE COACH
Dominic Saltaformaggio is beginning his second season as head football coach for Holy Cross School. He is entering his 40th season as a football coach and his 21st season as a head football coach. Coach “Salt” has served as head football coach and athletic director at Abbeville, Chalmette, East Jefferson, and Hahnville. Coach Salt coached both East Jefferson and Hahnville to the state championship game, winning the title in 2013.  Coach Salt was twice voted State Coach of the Year and was voted the National High School Coach of the Year. Coach Salt is married to Sharon Saltaformaggio, and they have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Coach is a proud graduate of the Holy Cross Class of 1977.
